Stone Replacement
With your diamond purchase of $300 or more, excluding Red Tag and Clearance items, Paramount Jewelers LLC presents its Lifetime Diamond and Gemstone Guarantee. If the Diamond or Gemstone is chipped, broken or lost, from its original setting, Paramount Jewelers LLC will provide the Diamond or Gemstone at no charge to you. Lifetime Diamond and Gemstone Guarantee applies to Diamond/Gemstone jewelry with a purchase price of $500 or more.
Gold and Mounting Guarantee
We guarantee the mounting for your Diamond/Gemstone Jewelry against all defects in material or workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace your mounting without charge if any defects are found during this period at our option, without charge.
Lifetime Diamond Trade-In Policy
If at any time you wish to upgrade your Diamond/Gemstone Jewelry, we will let you put the original purchase price towards your new Diamond/Gemstone, provided the net purchase price of the new item is at least twice the price you paid for your original purchase. We guarantee that the item you trade-in will be valued for trade-in by Paramount Jewelers LLC at 100% or its original net purchase price.
Free Lifetime Cleaning and Inspections
You may have your jewelry cleaned and inspected as many times as you want, free of charge, for as long as your own it. To maintain your Lifetime Limited Guarantee, you need only bring your jewelry to our store every six months for cleaning and inspection, along with this record-keeping card. For your semi-annual inspections, a Paramount Specialist will verify the inspections on this record-keeping card.

Lifetime Diamond and Gemstone Guarantee
Applies to Diamond/Gemstone jewelry with a purchase price of $300 or more. In order for your Diamond and Gemstone Guarantee to remain in effect, you must have your Diamond and/or Gemstone inspected and have the inspection documented every 6 months by an authorized representative at our store. In addition, all necessary repairs must be completed by our representatives.
The Limited Lifetime Guarantee does not cover theft, disappearance, loss or damage other than that incurred in normal wear and only Diamonds/ Gemstones in their original settings that have been inspected semi-annually and repaired by Paramount Jewelers LLC are covered under this warranty.
This Lifetime Diamond Commitment does not cover Red-Tag or Clearance priced jewelry, nor does it cover theft, mysterious disappearance, loss or damage other than that incurred in normal wear, and only Diamonds/Gemstones in their original settings that have been inspected and repaired by Paramount Jewelers LLC are covered by this limited warranty. This does not include the labor and materials necessary to set the replacement Diamond or Gemstone; the labor fee will be discounted up to 30% off our price.
Repair charges necessary to properly secure a diamond in its mounting can be covered under our optional Paramount Protection Plan.
Guarantee excludes all damage caused by abuse or normal wear. Trade-in value will be deducted from the regular price of the jewelry and then current specials and discounts will be applied. Net purchase price refers to final price actually paid, excluding taxes and other fees.
We want you to be completely happy with your diamond and color gemstone jewelry, from the day you make your purchase, through all the years to come. That's why we guarantee our diamond and color gemstone jewelry for a lifetime, as long as 6-month inspections have been performed and documented by an authorized representative. Our diamonds and color gemstones are cut and polished by master craftsmen whose skill makes your stone beautiful and brilliant. We also guarantee the accurate carat weight of your stone and the gold content of your mounting. In order for your Diamond and Gemstone Guarantee to remain in effect, you must have your Diamond and/or Gemstone inspected and has the inspection documented every 6 months by an authorized representative at our store. In addition, all necessary repairs must be completed by our representatives.
Custom designed merchandise and Jewelry that has been sized by your request, class rings, special ordered watches and items engraved with personalized information and Red- Tag or Clearance priced jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged. Watches in original condition (unworn and unaltered) and accompanied by the original packaging, instructions, and warranty documents, may be exchanged within 30 days.
