Shipping & Delivery
1. How long does it take to receive my order?
Most in-stock jewelry items are shipped within 4-5 business days. Ring sizing or online exclusive pieces can take up to 7-10 business days.Custom or made-to-order pieces may take 4–5 weeks, depending on the design and production schedule.You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
2. Do you offer expedited shipping?
No, at the moment we only offer standard shipping option.
3. Is my package insured?
Yes. Every order is fully insured until it reaches your delivery address.We recommend that someone be available to sign for the package upon delivery. All packages require adult signature (age 21+).
4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States, but we may expand to international shipping soon.
Order Pickup
5. Can I pick up my order in-store?
Yes! You can choose “In-Store Pickup” at checkout.Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email or text notification to schedule your pickup at your preferred Paramount Jewelers location.
6. What do I need to bring for pickup?
Please bring:
A valid photo ID
Your order confirmation email or text
Only the person named on the order can collect the jewelry unless prior written authorization is provided.
Returns & Exchanges
7. What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. Eligible items can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund and within 30 days for an exchange, provided they are: Unworn, unused, and in original condition accompanied by the original packaging and receipt. Custom, engraved, or special-order jewelry is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. All sales of pre-owned merchandise (including Rolex watches) or customized/engraved jewelry are final. 8. How do I start a return?
To initiate a return:Contact our Customer Support Team at [cs@paramount-jewelers.com]. You’ll receive a return label once the return request is approved.
9. Can I return online purchases in-store?
Yes. You can return or exchange online purchases at any Paramount Jewelers location, with your order confirmation and original packaging within accepted time frame.
10. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
11. Can I exchange my item for a different size or style?
Yes, we offer one free exchange within 30 days of purchase for eligible items. For rings, we can resize within the available size range. If resizing is not possible, we can assist you in selecting a similar design.
General Policies
12. What if my jewelry arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us immediately upon receipt. We’ll arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost once the issue is verified.
13. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to follow your package in real time.
